Dragan Oremuš is a Croatian technology entrepreneur who has spent over fifteen years building enterprise software for financial regulators. In 2010, he founded Possimus IT as a sole proprietorship for computing services, converting it into a limited liability company in 2011. During this period, he co-developed a compliance solution for a pharmaceutical company — an engagement from which he exited to invest exclusively in the long-term vision of building operational systems for financial regulators.

In 2014, the company was rebranded as Compliance Risk Technology (CRT), and Oremuš shifted focus to building and selling the flagship CORA platform — an end-to-end compliance, oversight, regulatory analytics, automation and AI system for modern regulators. Since then, entirely bootstrapped and without external investment, CRT has scaled to €1.6M ARR with €700K EBITDA, serving regulatory authorities across 20+ jurisdictions worldwide. Today, CRT is scaling CORA to a Tier 4 AI cognitive supervisory layer spanning numerous regulatory processes.

Most recently, Oremuš co-founded Congruence alongside leading researchers from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing (FER Zagreb) — a company dedicated to Sovereign AI across regulated industries, built on beyond-state-of-the-art open-source LLM technology and securing cross-border collaboration across the EU. In 2026, he established KVX Holding to consolidate his stakes, while remaining operationally involved across all portfolio companies and providing investment connections, direct investment and strategic partnerships.
